Hi! I’m Emili Holden!

If you’re new here and haven’t worked with me before, welcome! I look forward to meeting you and getting to know your body’s specific needs so we can team up within your wellness journey.

In my personal time, most of my spare energy is invested into my dog, Ricky Bobby. He is my soulmate and has taught me so much about patience and unconditional love. Aside from our 3X daily walks, I am an avid reader of mostly fiction, fantasy-fiction, romance, thrillers, and memoirs. Travel has been a huge part of my life for many years; new cities, new states, new countries..I am floored, to say the least, of all the beauty we are surrounded by on this planet. Live music, making memories with friends, cleaning/organizing, and working out are also things I love to do with my spare time. But, honestly, you’ll soon learn that I have such a deep passion for massage therapy that I love working as much as I love having time to myself. Filled with gratitude that this passion for wellness and pain management burns deep within me more and more every day. I love what I do.

My Approach

Throughout my years massaging, I have acquired a vast knowledge and understanding of pains, injuries, relaxation, wellness, and so on but, I would say the number one thing I have learned is that every BODY is different. Every person is their own entity with their own stressors, struggles, habits, lifestyles, etc.. So, everyone needs their own curated session. That is what I strive to provide!
I see myself as a tool in your toolbox for you to utilize when necessary. I am here for you and want to be used for my skills, but..There should be an abundance of other tools within your wellness box. Acupuncture, yoga, physical therapy, nutrition, meditation, working out, the list in endless. There are options and means of healing and bettering yourself out there so, it is up to you to utilize them. Hopefully, I will become one of those and be able to encourage you to dabble with other modalities!
Although I am biased, I truly believe every body is worthy of massage and can benefit from the healing and awareness that is provided through therapeutic touch. Body awareness is imperative and I encourage my clients get to know their bodies better so they may empower themselves within whatever wellness journey they’re on.

..How it started..

After having graduated from the Denver School of Massage Therapy (Aurora) in 2016, I instantly set out to explore this new passion in the Vail Valley. For the first 2 1/2 years of my career I was exposed to people from all over the world; weekend warriors, business and luxury travelers, professional athletes, relaxation junkies, and so many more. Once I felt as if I had a pretty good grasp of my personal style and confidence with what I was doing, I started craving community and more repeat clients; so I could see how my work benefited people long-term. So, I moved to the ever lovely Fort Collins! I have been in FoCo since late 2018 and I have been learning and growing within my career every since.
